Under the budget deal agreed to by the president and Congress last year, $120 billion in annual cuts ($1.2 trillion over ten years) will be divided equally between defense and non-defense spending starting this year. What is the potential impact on repair stations, how can companies break into the market or keep their current share?

Breakout Session 3: Major vs. Minor Repairs

What constitutes a “major repair”? Learn the regulatory facts and how to train your FAA inspector so this minor issue doesn’t become a major pain.

FAA enforcement actions can result in costly fines, certificate suspension or revocation. Expand your regulatory knowledge and protect your company. This course will cover:

  • Flight standards organization and inspector duties and responsibilities
  • Pertinent regulations, guidance and other materials that affect your business
  • The investigative process, and how to respond to enforcement actions
  • How to manage your regulatory affairs program and document discussions with FAA personnel

The cost is $225 per person, separate registration is required.
